Returns

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a quick and timely manner. In order to do this please follow the instructions below.
Return/Exchange Policy
  1. **IMPORTANT: Product must not show ANY evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags** Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will only be returned to the customer at their expense. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of date received. Items purchased as gifts between Nov 1 and Dec 31, may be returned up to Jan 20. We must receive the item on or before Jan 20.
  3. Note: Cologne and fragrances are non refundable.
  4. Complete our Return/Exchange form that was included with your shipment by calling for a return authorization number.   5. Returns or Exchanges lacking a Return/Exchange form will not be accepted by our return department and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  6. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice, however, we recommend you send back your package through a carrier that allows you to track your returning package.
  7. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box. Please re-wrap the box with plastic or paper before applying the shipping label. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a $5.00 damage fee being deducted from your refund.
  8. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.
  9. If you have previously agreed to wait on a backordered item and then decide you no longer want the item, a $10.00 fee will be accessed for fees that we incur due to processing your refund.
